Magpie Griffin Mask Plans. Four images are shown. Two are of fabrics in assortments of short, long, and plush piles, in browns and blue-greens. The other images are from within a 3D slicer program, showing the blue Griffin mask sculpt, and orange gcode preview with the eyes and mouth clear, back hollowed out for wear.
The Magpie Griffin mask base file is ready! Original sculpts by Musdan Design; combined, remeshed, & edited in Anycubic Next. (8 hours)

Four photos of loosly piled faux fur fabrics. The first set is a bright toffee, deep caramel, and cream in a crushed velvet like short pile. The second has a dusty coral-rose of similar pile, a THICK short pile of black-tipped brown, and a fluffy tan shag. The third group has a navy blue and brighter blue of the multitonal crushed fur. The last photo shows another thick plush in very deep green-blue, a teal crushed pile, and fluffu bluegreen shag.
Oh my GOSH, the furs from CaliQuilt are fabulous.
They're for costumes but they are so SOFT and PLUSH, it's tempting to just make a blanket nest with them.
Seriously, these are antidepressant level cuddly cozy.

He's borrowing a set of fox ears, & we made a yarn tail for the horse. My cat ears are ridiculously tall, to my taste, so he looked like a gnawed-on cabbit instead of the cat that the Little Old Lady swallowed with them.

The Platform Boots I got to modify for FWA aren't stable enough for me, so I'm testing 3D alternatives. FoxyHeels on Etsy has ADORABLE mini platform heels, so I'm doing a fit test with them, & will sculpt from there. The bulk of the shoe is trimmed off here. #EnberQueue

Buzzing with craft inspiration. My fabric order got lost in TN for 4 days, but it's on the way again.
And I found some delightful 3D files on Etsy for feathers, scales, & mask components.

Two photos of pastel pink vinyl boots. They have an extreme 8" missing heel and 3" platform. The front laces up. A side and front view are shown. Scribbles, in black, mark out where they will be modified in shape and color to resemble digitigrade paws, leaving the lace-up portion of the shoes looking like spats for a furry cat.
Stripper Heel to Pawboot Pipeline is a go (be in awe at my phone scribbles. Needs more toes, tho...)

I ended up having to design my own version of the bionic arm. Even after mods, the free one just doesn't scale right to be wearable.
It'll be in 3 pieces, so no wrist chokepoint. I've made it so it splits more or less where the black, red, and dark red overplate are. Printability TBD 🤞

V3 of the bionic hand! The caps for the fingers are printing. Each joint is a snap-in assembly. The allowances were loose on 2, so they'll get glue. But the rest made a very nice CLICK.
Gloves are my own design. iDroid, painted and modeled by Ryu, is the keychain from thingiverse. #EnberQueue #MGSV
So I went to bed last night, wary of Schrodinger's String. I couldn't stay up to babysit the printer's test run on the unsupported finger parts.
Would it complete, or shift on the plate and string?

There's a good arm sleeve for Venom Snake's bionic arm, but Ryu wasn't happy with anything we found for the hand. So... I'm making it from scratch on the spot. Haha.

After that I'll be back to sponsor art, and fiddling with building things for 3D printing. I'd like to add STLs to the shop :3
Fingies! Well, a thumb on me. Ryu will need to test fit this tomorrow... uh, today, after school. He wears a size L glove and I'm just a M. The finger cap is snug on my thumb and middle finger, but not so much the last two. The jointed sections should fit universal.
