Vandaag weer #Enbrel en #Mtx gespoten. Ik heb eigenlijk geen bijwerkingen meer. Toen ik Mtx nog slikte was ik misselijk met hoofdpijn, nu ik spuit niet meer. Mocht je dit herkennen? Vraag dan om spuiten

shot done. tried my leg this time tryin out the "stretch method." (streching skin to get it tight, instead of pinching it tight). Oh, just a tumnis finally processing the upgrades.*

I've been going through a lot of health stuff again this year (hence the being MIA), but with clips being added I can look back to when #Humira was working. Taking #Enbrel, currently after #Skyrizi was denied.

*Also got ✅ ADHD diagnosis.
