Odd one...she used the Guinea MMSI (632001152) already when entering the Baltic on Dec 11, acc. to #DMA AIS data. Just a glitch in #Equasis & #Gisis? Did they simply miss an earlier flag change?

Marine Traffic shows the #Manaslu flagged under Guinea. She hasn't been recorded under Guinea in any of the databases, #Equasis #Gisis still reporting her flag as unknown . Might well be that she got registered in Guinea now, so she isn't bothered by EU Baltic states exiting the Baltic.

The #Blage apparently still broadcoasts Gambia as flag, though both #Equasis and #IMO list it as being expelled from this register together with countless other vessels on Nov 1.
Any naval state authority has the right to board and inspect this clearly stateless vessel.
