A Mutated Flareon. This Eevee was evolved with a Fire Stone right after having removed an Everstone from him that he had worn for most of his life on a collar. The Everstone alters the DNA of a Pokemon to prevent evolution, yet it is extremely hazardous to Eevee whose DNA is already so unstable.

This poor Eevee was given a Fire Stone by his young trainer right after removing an Everstone from him that he had worn for most of his life. As you can see, things didn’t go quite as planned for either of them.
