SOCSO provides assistance to university explosion victims
KUALA LUMPUR: The Social Security Organisation (SOCSO) has mobilized the SOCSO Prihatin Squad to investigate whether assistance can be channeled to victims of the explosion at a private university in Bukit Damansara which killed a student last Monday. SOCSO informed that two of the victims injured in the incident were contributors under the LINDUNG Pekerjaan (Workers’ Protection Scheme), thus qualifying them to receive benefits under the scheme.
