Spectrum has 732.18 mbps download, 38.92 mbps upload, and 21 ms ping. Verizon FiOS has 905.3 mbps download, 913.54 mbps upload, and 15 ms ping.

I recently had Verizon FiOS installed, but I haven't deactivated Spectrum quite yet. I have/had their respective gigabit plans. I did speed tests of both ISPs and here are the results of the best trial for each. No regrets switching to FiOS.
