Guidelines to #KillAllNobles -All works must focus on character(s) who is a commoner at start of canon; this includes most characters whose in-game starting class is Commoner -Characters born as commoners who are/were adopted by nobles (ex: Ashe, Yuri), or gain titles later (ex: Byleth) qualify -Former nobles who no longer hold titles at the start of canon (ex: Mercedes, Hanneman) qualify if the work portrays period(s) of their life when they are not nobles (with exception of Constance, who still considers herself nobility and aspires to restore her status) -Characters whose class backgrounds are unknown (ex: Nader) qualify if they are portrayed as commoners in the work -All of above characters qualify even if they are portrayed as class traitors and/or aiding nobility -AUs are allowed as long as it focuses on the above characters and the class difference in canon is reflected in some way -Characters who are nobles at start of canon cannot be the focus; this includes all characters whose in-game starting class is Noble (with exception of Balthus, who faced problems due to his mother being low-class and does not live as a noble at the start of canon for all practical purposes) -Nobles who abdicate, rescind, or otherwise lose titles mid/post-canon do not qualify -Non-Fódlan nobility and royalty (ex: Petra, Shahid, Sreng chiefs) do not qualify -Precursors of canon era nobility (Nemesis, Ten Elites, Wilhelm) do not qualify -Agarthans (aside from Shez) and non-homunculi Nabateans do not qualify, as they predate and/or exist outside of canon era class systems -All of above characters do not qualify even if they are portrayed as class traitors or aiding commoners -AUs where characters are status swapped or otherwise do not reflect the canon class difference in some way are not allowed Anything goes as long as it meets the above criteria and is tagged properly.
