I read Assassin's Apprentice by Robin Hobb. Not to be dramatic, but this is one of the best books I've ever read. Took me a few chapters to get into it, but I became deeply engrossed. The writing is immersive. Like I'm right there in the story. A+

Book 1: interesting world building, there's potential! All well written.
Book 2: kind of depressing, dark, and no relief 😮💨 (not my cup of🍵)
Book 3: first half MC annoying, but then it got interesting and different! Enjoyed the last half of 3 the most of all!
