A few of the competitors from the recent Acadiana Kennel Club's Fast Cat event (Cat stands for "Coursing Apptitude Test). It's a hundred yard dash chasing a trash bag on a string. Dogs love it immensely.

Rory, a medium size, red and white dog with light blue eyes is caught mid stride running in the grass. His tongue is hanging out of his mouth, and his normally floppy ears are directed upward from his bouncing. His front two paws are off the ground and he has a happy expression.

Finley, a light brown dog with darker brown markings of reddish nose and hazel eyes is running quickly in the grass. This photo catches him, literally levitating off the ground front paw outstretched in front of him back tucked under him. His ears are blown upwards and almost touch each other in the middle. He is intently, focused on something ahead of him, but also has a clearly happy expression.

We went to a fastCAT run this morning and our agility coach came to cheer us on and “catch” us at the finish!
He mainly came because Rory LOVES him (humom gets a bit jealous) and we hoped Rory would run faster but as you can see I was pretty happy to see him too 😊
