It's #FastFoodDay! Ketchup is a non-Newtonian fluid, meaning its viscosity changes when "stress" is applied. Ketchup is solid in the bottle (really!) & only flows as a liquid when the bottle is smacked/jolted, or squeezed. Hence squeezy plastic bottles're so much easier! #272sci
