Does anyone have experience with combining #fiberphotometry (eg calcium imaging with GCaMP) with red-shifted #optogenetic stimulation (eg bReaChEs)? What system do you use? @doric_lenses @TDTneuro @NeuPhotometrics or custom-made? Any issues with photodetection during stim epochs?
