Michu signed for Swansea City at the beginning of the 2012-13 campaign and had a sensational debut season with 18 Premier League goals, and he helped the Swans lift the League Cup for their first major trophy in club history. Unfortunately, his career was derailed due to numerous injuries and he retired in 2017. Michu is considered one of the greatest one-season wonders in recent football history, and I keep on thinking back on his remarkable first season at Swansea and wondering what could have been.
A big reason why I love playing FIFA so much as a football fan is because it allows me to play out scenarios that we never got to see in real life, like "what ifs". I'm loving my Swansea City career mode I'm doing in FIFA 16 because I get to no longer see Michu as a one-season wonder! #FIFA16 #Michu
