In Alien 3, the Runner Xenomorph was originally supposed to be played by a Whippet. Despite all the effort and complex modelling and costuming, the idea was scrapped because Whippets have such a uniquely cute and funny walk.

I don't think this is a terrible movie, but I also don't think this movie is a great one. Too many inconsistencies and none of the heart that made the previous movies legendary. This is an okay watch, but the worst movie in the franchise.
