A grey, concrete administrative/ business high-rise photographed through the leafless branches of some trees against a bright blue sky. The facade facing the viewer is windowless. In a considerable height, maybe three storeys down from the flat top of the building is a brightly yellow painted roofed very small balcony-shaped balcony. The fact that it has an opening to the side and the chosen colour show this to be a fire exit for evacuation by ladders. It is unknown why there is only one and why it is so far up.
