And I cannot change providers. Another one of the reasons I want to move, as well #FirstPort being SHITE building management. Lift has been out of order 3 times this year so far.

#FirstPort here pretend to be a "non-profit", i.e. they take all the profits out in salary, benefits and compensation.
Thankfully I no longer live in one of these new build estates, worse in my case because it was a flat but at the time we had a terrible problem with them.
