Fish River Overflows Banks Fairhope, Alabama HEAVY OVERNIGHT RAIN The Fish River bridge was closed by flooding caused by overnight rains: about 4 inches fell locally but 10 inches was recorded to the north in the Daphne/Spanish Fort area.
