LAPD called me a "Gang site" And a "gang affiliated person"
So why doesn't the LAPD arrest me under PC § 186.30, for failure to register with the Chief?

Clearly I am #flouting the law!!

PS: The LAPD is now admitting their cops are in a “law enforcement gang.”
