In #Forstater case, the judge said that
It does not allow directly or indirect harassment, misgenderimg, deadname or in any other way try to remove the rights of others.
To do so would likely lead to breaking the law.

#Forstater views were judged not worthy of respect in a modern day society. That is spot on. Surely her belief does not qualify as such under Grainger 5? Can she be prosecuted now? If I was the business that was ruled against because of that so called "belief" I would be taking her back to court.

The judge in the #Forstater case said her belief failed #Grainger5, not worthy of respect in a democratic society without conflicting with the rights of others. Actively campaigning for the removal of the rights of #trans people is definitely a conflict. That belief should be removed from the EA2010
