Fortescue winds back hydrogen language after scrapping major projects Mining giant Fortescue has embarrassingly wound back mentions of hydrogen in its plans to decarbonise, as the once-praised power source sees its reputation sour.

#Fortesque 's axing of a major #greenhydrogen project in #Gladstone, #Queensland didn't result because the LNP #Crisafulli government stymied it.

It was axed because its own chief, #AndrewTwiggyForrest, realised that it would be a lemon and bailed on it.

Qld gov takes Fortescue to court over failed green hydrogen project The Queensland government has taken Andrew Forrest’s Fortescue to court to recoup almost $66m in taxpayer funds for the mining billionaire’s failed green hydrogen project.

Good on the #Crisafulli #Queensland government.

This "legal action" against #AndrewForrest' s #Fortesque to recoup $66 million of taxpayers money blown on an already doomed #greenhydrogen project has set a "legal precedent" that will likely greatly stymie BS #renewableenergy projects in the future.

Ah, Sir Daniel Fortesque, risen from the dead once again, this time here he is in my drawn artwork, a drawing that is old that was barely modified to fit in for my newer works, but hey, who is to say his old work can't be given another chance to prove himself a heroic legend just like he does in the Medievil game, especially after his "valiant" death, shall we put it that way.
