Distant islands across choppy waters

There's a garden where the grass is dry but the bushes are green and blooming with orange small flowers. Between bushes there's a medium sized tree and under it is a coffee table surrounded with 3 chairs. On the chair on the right, there's a small white dog sitting in the tree's shadow and watching to the camera. Behind the dog there is one floor yellow rock building and on the side of building there's 2 pennants with different countries flags.
