Committee hears bill to expand Motor Fuel Quality Act to gaseous fuels including hydrogen At a committee hearing, staff and state agriculture officials said Substitute Senate Bill 6269 would broaden the Motor Fuel Quality Act's definition of "motor fuel" to include gaseous fuels such as hydrogen so the state's weights and measures program can test and enforce quality across more fuel types; Douglas County PUD and the Department of Agriculture supported the change.
