Monochrome infrared panoramic image showing extensive tree coverage in the foreground. Beyond that there are mountains and the town of Agioi Saranda in Albania, separated from Corfu by the Corfu Channel.

I confess! I never wanted a Hasselblad! I still don't! However, I do like panoramas and so I guess that merging 3 shots and cropping to 65x24 ratio is as near as I will get to owning an Xpan!

It was a nice sunny day today and so I ventured out around lunchtime with my full spectrum converted Lumix G3, with an IR Chrome filter attached to a 14-42mm zoom.

These 2 images are of an old olive press in our village - a regular testing site for me!

Having shot infrared film in the past I now find myself shooting more digital IR. In particular, I find that a IR Chrome filter produces spectacular shots. Whether it simulates Aerochrome film is debateable IMHO!

Like most of us, I see the same view from our house every day. I felt that this morning was an infrared sort of a morning!
