Sex Matters are a hate group.
They're labelled a human rights group lol. They have a 'gender critical belief'. The court in Forstater case said, the belief couldnt extend to misgendering, they must refer to trans people with respect. But they are not. Is it pure hate?

How many complaints against a government institution that is stacked against equality in favour of anti-trans groups, need to be made, before they are investigated. I have complained several times, without a single reply.

If the EHRC cannot even uphold its statutory duty to support equality for everyone, then how can it expect its 'guidance' to be taken seriously. It is now an institution that has no respect in the uk, and globally.

The F(S)WS Supreme Court ruling did not say you can exclude trans people from single sex spaces. In fact it says the opposite in section 221 where it says you can only exclude trans women from single sex spaces if it proportionate

Given that those people with gender critical beliefs have been instrumental in destroying some rights of trans people, is that not a case for taking away the protections afford to that belief in Equality Act?

If fact should the belief have be upheld given that the reasoning was those "gender-critical beliefs, which were widely shared, and which did not seek to destroy the rights of trans persons"

So what about gender critical beliefs being protected by the Equality Act. Well I don't think any other protected characteristic would have been treated in such a manner by our legal system.

Science shows us that sex is a spectrum and shapes how we individually feel gender. Furthermore sex is also empirically not fixed and can be altered by biological and physiological intereractions.

The seriously flawed binary system that is used to legally define someone by their sex assigned at birth is plainly empirically wrong and thus should never be a used to define an individual.
