From the whitehouse.gov website listed are their new definitions of two genders, male and female. They state a female possesses large reproductive cells and a male possesses the small reproductive cells.

Since the testicles don't produce sperm(ahem...small reproductive cells) until puberty, I suppose whitehouse.gov has not stripped away the #genderspectrum like they had hoped. Ha!
