As a reviewer of #GradSchoolApps … i wish mentors would remember when writing #LettersofRecommendation …the letter is about the student’s potential and how they have learned/accomplished research objectives/potential. Mentor’s “qualifiers for evaluation” r ONLY mentor years, n, and ranking %!
