Today (Sat.) I did #treadmill Cooper Run to estimate #VO2Max. I #ran 1.50 miles in 12 min., starting @ 7mph & finishing @ 9mph. Result: 42.7 (Excellent for my age).

At 64yo, my Max #Heart Rate should be 156 (220-Age), yet I avgd 172 & hit max 198 per my #Polar #H10 chest strap.

Any #cardiac risk?

Mit Polemik lassen sich in #Bayern zwar Wahlen gewinnen. Regieren kann man damit aber noch lange nicht. Abhängigkeit von russischem Gas, #Suedlink verhindert, Windkraft mit #H10 verhindert, #Abwanderung der Industrie, #Stammstreckendesaster, #Bayernheim, uvm.
