Minnesota's #HD40B results dropped and it's a slight overperformance for the Dems in this Harris+39 district:

David Gottfried (D)- 70.2%
Paul Wikstrom (R)- 29.8%

We have two special State House elections tonight in Minnesota & Iowa! The Dems are defending Minnesota's #HD40B (left), while the GOP is defending Iowa's #HD100 (right).

Dems should easily hold #HD40B, but I'm expecting a Democratic overperformance in #HD100.

🗳️Take: Today's ruling from the Minnesota Supreme Court on #HD40B could significantly impact the House DFL's boycott of the #mnleg sessions. It may be March before #HD40B is filled, giving the House GOP another six + weeks of full control of the Minnesota House.
