#HEMarCom in the US needs to wake up and remember that critical analysis is part of their mandate. Take those companies to task during their sales pitches. Talk to their own prospective students to find out what they want.

These companies treat symptoms while the small practitioners develop cures.

Just increased a university's Lighthouse Speed Index by 83%. I don't get why institutions ignore this stuff. Their conversion rates are going to increase and their search visibility is going to go up. Not to mention it was *cheap* and I finished the work in less than 2 weeks.

Also, something can be really well done but entirely inappropriate for the intended audience. I know how to hold those two things, but there's a weird sunk cost fallacy effect in #HEMarCom that makes us emotionally pained when what we've spent so much time on isn't working.
