Second q: what is the way to TELL youve made #HOCl ? I tested pH (5-6) but i guess i just feel paranoid to use in spite of the usual lysol & bleach. I wish i had a microscope so i could watch the actual bacteria & virus die to confirm it works! Any literature or tips help !

First q: if up to 200ppm is safe for skin eyes mouth & air sanitization but 60ppm is safe for food (no rinse) how is that possible ? Wouldnt up to 200ppm be safe for food then ?
