The reason the public aren't in the room for the SLDC presentation today is that the item was only added to the agenda yesterday morning.
The public finds it hard to participate when minimal notice is provided.

Good question. In his remarks to the #HUDZ Committee on 1.20.26, the representative from Stinson didn't telegraph any intended future action involving taxing district(s) or tax breaks for the Syndicate building.
