I use Youtube tons but lately it's getting harder to find videos to watch within a set timeline. Why are there so many 60-90 minute videos now? I need a consistent diet of 10-15 minute content to distractedly occupy my brain goblin so I can get my morning routines finished. #ADHD #BodyDoubling #HABO
