2/2 #Halushchenko comes from nuclear utility #Energoatom. He knows this is bs. Most certainly with material from the failed #Bulgaria #Belene #nuclear project that has stood in plastic in the open for 12 years.
#Ukraine needs green #reconstruction, not nuclear obstruction.
