Got an "handle invalid" alert on my account today. The FIX: go into account settings/advanced/change handle. Type in the same handle you'd already chosen. It removes the alert. Unfortunately that doesn't stop it from happening again...just hours later 🤦🏼‍♀️

For everyone seeing #HandleInvalid against their Bluesky handle, all you need to do is go into settings, then Advanced & then re-register your Twitter, sorry, Bluesky handle that you've already chosen. 😏

For those of you folks who have the “invalid handle” in your username here is what you do.

Go to “Settings” —> “Advance” —> “Change Handle”

I just hopped onto Bluesky and noticed that my handle is invalid.
