Cartoon of an African gray parrot named Ripley perched on a chair back with HUMON trying to get it to step up. "Ripley, step up? Would you step for a carrol? ... for a berry?" (parrot = unimpressed) "For ... a ... pea ..." (parrot = interested) A PEANUT! Parrot happily leaps onto HUMON arm. Finally offered the right thing. Stupid humon, should have led with that.
