I dont know how helpful this will be to people learning #react but I made notes as a refresher since I have been in #Angular for a while. I used to make my notes in word or on paper and realized I should try just a repo. Here's my react-notes repo

I wish there was a like a document of some kind with all the information needed to understanding a #coding framework.

Like a website where they have all relevent information for a specific tech

Such a shame that doesnt exist.

Lol #happycoding please remember to check ur docs if u get hung up.

I feel like when i go 2 days without developing in #angular suddenly they’ve released 5 version updates but I can go decades away from #react and there will be 1 maybe two version changes πŸ˜…

3rd week challenge, learning and building things in React. Needed a free tool to test APIs with importing and exporting collections and requests. Then I decided I also wanted an online server for device and team synchronizations. The name is WIP and will change. [Took 1 day] #HappyCoding #React #AI

"Creatures of Habit: Devlog Chronicles". The scope of this project increases each week after I dive deeper into the needed features and tools I'd plan on adding. So much so, it deserved it's own series -> blacknerd.dev/series/creat....
Prelude is out & Pt. 1 will be released this week 🀘🏾

Sometimes life gets in the way a little bit. But we push through as best we can. So heres to day 3 of learning #Godot! On the menu is collisions, physics and signals. Game dev is so involved my appreciation for #indiedevs just keeps growing.

Today I learned about structs in Swift: custom structs, computed properties, property observers, and initializers. Structs make coding fun, organize data beautifully, and are key for solid iOS development! πŸŽ‰πŸ’» #Swift #iOSDev #100DaysOfSwiftUI #HappyCoding #LearnSwift #SwiftUI #ProgrammingJoy

Two Charts showing the effects of having delta in godot to unify movement speeds across different devices with different frame rates. the top chart shows the formula without delta and how it affects movement as the following: at an FPS of 30, and movement of 10, the amount of actual movement in pixels per second is 30 x 10 = 300. A device with a frames per second of 120 will give you 120 x 10 = 1200 pixels per second of movement.

The second chart shows movement with delta. The equation for a device with 30 frames per second and a delta of 1/30 is 30 x 10 x 0.033 = 10. the equation for a device with 120 frames per second and a delta of 1/120 is 120 x 10 x 0.0083 = 10

Day 2 of #Godot:
Sharing something I never thought of but found interesting. Devices have varying FPS so you need an equalizer: delta (difference between framerates, 1/FPS). Making movement the same for everyone! The larger the FPS the smaller the delta! Heres a chart: #HappyCoding #BuildInPublic

Today is the day I start teaching myself #Godot. Looking forward to a first game vs last game of 2025 comparison. And thank you @kenney.bsky.social for all the work you put into assets making this a interesting and accessible hobby for people to get into.

β€’ Why do programmers prefer dark mode?
Because light attracts too many bugs.

β€’ Why was the JavaScript developer sad?
Because he didn’t Node how to Express himself.
β€’ Why do Java developers wear glasses?
Because they don’t C#.
