try out the feed builder on skyfeed.app
for hashtags you want to include an easy regex example is
\#hashtag1\b|\#hashtag2\b
to include posts with #hashtag1 or #hastag2 in the caption
you have to put \ in front of # so it reads the actual character not the regex meaning

Made a few #nature feeds on @skyfeed.app. Easy to set up. If you use the regex block, you can add multiple hashtags in the one feed like this: "(#hashtag1|#hashtag2|#hashtag3)". You can also add another regex block and click 'invert' to screen out other hashtags, which cuts down on random stuff.
