The entire introduction to Vixen is erotic and amazing. Add in the adventures that Bex and Aspen experience, and I never want to leave this club. NEVER! -- Book quote 'Even if I donโ€™t end up participating in anything, this is still the craziest night Iโ€™ve ever had.' -- Aspen Ryder There is a point where I don't like anyone in the book. Her brother is a complete hypocrite, and that doesn't sit well with me. The childish behavior aside, I am unable to stop listening until the final word. It's erotic and steamy AF. It's angsty. It's realistic in most regards. I look forward to more from this author! I borrowed the audio book. The narrators, Walker Williams and Heather Firth, are easy to listen to and do a good job. I grabbed Phoebeโ€™s hand and tugged her toward my place. โ€œNo more wine for you.โ€ --Lydia Karels and her BFF Phoebe I thoroughly enjoyed this book and all of the banter. I love how the high ground was taken more often than the low blows, but neither proved to be perfect. That made me love them all the more. This is my third book from this writing duo and I can't wait to read more! The characters are relatable and awkwardly funny. The relationships are realistic and full of sizzle. (Book review) >Heat & Humor< Lucinda "Indy" Scott and Nicholas "Cal" Callan are FIRE... and absolutely hilarious. I love their chemistry, the misunderstandings, and how they correct course. Naughty times in the office ratchet up the heat level! ๐Ÿฅต๐Ÿ”ฅ Another thing I love is how they poke fun of the way they met. Even though it is very unconventional, they make it special in their own way. ๐Ÿฉท๐Ÿ˜ -- Book quote 'I hated to admit it, but he was the perfect man for me in the bedroom. I loved it when a man took charge, but I had no desire to be anyoneโ€™s submissive. I loved reading about BDSM, but in real life, I didnโ€™t like being controlled.' -- Indy Scott In addition to an engaging story, one thing these authors always manage to do well is include fantastic supporting characters. Be it family, friends, etc, they always lend an extra spark to the book. That's definitely the case here. Truly, I loved this and couldn't stop listening. I kind of read along with the audio book. I mean, there were things to do, and I couldn't turn it off, so I had to skim through a good chunk of the book to catch up to the audio. So. Worth. It. (Book review) Behind the Covers Sydney Harting / Sydney Hart and Travis Zehler are fun to enjoy. I love that there's a crush there, but even more, I love how a friendship starts to build before they cross over to lovers. -- Book quote 'I made a mental note to pick up a First Response test on Monday because I was probably going to get pregnant just by sitting next to him.' -- Sydney Harting I quickly grew to love most of the characters. Sydney and Travis are cute and funny. I love the goofing and teasing. Their friends and family only add to the shenanigans. ๐Ÿ˜ I laughed, cried, and was riled up, and not necessarily in that order. There is a third act breakup. I like how Sydney puts everything out there as a way of trying to cope. And as much as I might not like how that part ends, I do like where it leads. I read along with the audio book. The narrators are Heather Firth and Alex Knox. A time or two, the emotions expressed didn't match the context, but the majority of the time, they were spot on and well delivered. I really enjoyed listening to the book.
