I've been supporting teaching in #HigerEd for nearly 20 years. I got hired and now seconded to a high viz project because I'm good at it (why is that so hard to say?!? See below.) So why does it feel so good and affirming when someone says, "Peter, that was really good work." Stoopid 🧠 🤦♂️
