As the Midwest continues on with frigid temps, I am raising money to keep us in a hotel for as long as we can. I have spent every day since we lost our home trying to find a permanent solution for us. Many discussions with case workers, the state, shelters, nonprofits, etc. Sadly given the rising homelessness population, my complex health, and my limited disability benefits, our only option currently is an Extended Stay hotel.
