Karkat begins eating his cake as he says "So I hear you're a year away from permanent deterioration." John lets out a flabbergasted "huhhhh???" before adding "I'm literally an immortal god. Where did you hear that?" Karkat points to the side with his thumb. The next panel shows Dave, Jade and Rose in huddling suspiciously in the distance next to the birthday cake. Jade says "come join us f̶̧̬̉͝o̴̲̝͑̆ṟ̷̍̀ ̷̻͋̊c̵̖͠ͅǎ̶̙k̵̭͊e̵̙͛̍, john!!!"
