Bootstrap resampling analysis was performed for the neighbour-joining, maximum-likelihood and maximum-parsimony methods to estimate the confidence of the tree topologies. The numbers at the nodes indicate bootstrap values for the neighbour-joining method. Branching points with support above 50% in all three analyses are indicated by solid circles, whereas nodes with open circles indicate bootstrap support in the two analyses. The scale bar represents the 0.02 substitutions per nucleotide position.
