Jan Heylen collided with his main title contender Jeff Westphal, resulting in a left rear puncture. It dropped the RS1 Porsche of Heylen and Luca Mars to P19 in GS. Sean McAlister and Westphal finished in fifth to close the gap down to 100 points.

Motorsports In Action pair Alexandra Hainer and Jesse Lazare would also find a way by Noaker to make it a one-two for McLaren. Cameron McLeod and Noaker did still hang onto third to complete the Grand Sport podium with the KohR Mustang.
