the lower legs were a bit of a pain to sandwich together, can't say they were the most expertly designed—ended up having to cut off pegs from a couple parts to get things to line up smoothly, wish I did it from the off & could have avoided some stress marks
very nice knee bend, though

granted, it can't pull much of a split—it maxes out at like a 45° between the legs, but that's honestly fine for the Ideon

the skirt armor is design is novel & interesting : rather than having movable flaps like how Bandai usually handles the Gundam's skirt, the halves of the waist are solid assemblies that rotate as a unit & don't restrict articulation at all, the legs can go all the way forwards & back

the kit offers 3 different molds in 2 different colours, but I went with the standard／classic visor
really enjoy the colour separation on this, there isn't a single sticker anywhere on the kit—though I did end up using a chrome Gundam marker to make the clear parts pop a bit more

it's a big kit with a lotta runners—had to panel line 1 colour at a time
the plastic is different to the normal fare from Bandai or Kotobukiya, it’s a bit shinier & unfortunately seems to react a bit poorly to enamel panel-liner, leaving some discolouration despite being polystyrene—
