Perhaps #INTELLECTUALIZING in healing may not get me far. But I hope support ppl dont villainize it for showing up in ppl’s journey. 🙏🏾

Speakn for myself, #SCHOOL often felt like the safest space as a child. So I do intellectualize…maybe alot. I seek ways to #EMBRACE it in healing, not ‘wrong’ it.
