INVariance drops August 28th(cough my bday cough) on Webtoon. Yeah I really wanted to try making a webcomic since I've been pretty inspired recently. Finally taking my first steps into making a story about the characters I've conjured up over the last 5 years. Sort of an inspirational story set in a fantasy sci-fi world that highlights the importance of change, with some small bits of action when needed.

I find this table in Sandoval-Hernandez et al. (2025) pretty insightful - surprise surprise, MG-CFA invariance barely reaches metric levels, even for these large scale super standardized assessments. Good news is that there are alternatives to this approach. #psychometrics #invariance
