Also, one household member can't digest many non-meat iron sources (due to permanent health issue), and we don't have capacity to prep separate meals.
It's tough.

We do have an #IronFish that, when boiled, infuses water with iron. I'd forgotten about it until this thread but now plan to dig it up.
