‘Ahsoka’ Season 2: Ivanna Sakhno Promises “Bigger” and “More In-Depth” Journey Ivanna Sakhno, the actress behind the villainous Shin Hati in _Star Wars_ : _Ahsoka,_ provided some insight into the show’s second season. GamesRadar caught up Sakhno, currently on a press tour for her role in _M3GAN 2.0_. When asked if there was anything she could divulge about the highly anticipated second season, Sakhno was careful not to disclose too much. > “You know, there’s absolutely nothing that I can speak on at the moment, and I wish I could share with you something at least, because it’s such an exciting time for us to be back together, and we’re currently in the middle of filming it.” > > “All I can say is that it is bigger and even more in-depth, and I’m really excited for people to see it. It means the world.” At the close of _Ahsoka_ Season 1, Shin was left to fend for herself on Peridea as her master, Baylan Skoll (played by Ray Stevenson in Season 1, with Rory McCann carrying the torch in Season 2), went off to uncover the planet’s secrets. The final glimpse of Shin shows her riding back to the group of local bandits with whom she and Baylan allied themselves. She lifts her lightsaber, perhaps signifying that she will be their new leader. The conclusion of Season 1 leaves her story wide open for new and exciting developments. If Season 2 lives up to Sakhno’s promises, it may win back a fandom that had mixed reactions to the first season.
