JSW Infra arm Navkar Corp bags ₹63.22 crore railway cargo terminal project Central Railway's Mumbai division awarded the contract via a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) to build the terminal entirely on railway land.

Navkar Corporation, a subsidiary of JSW Infrastructure, announced on December 19 the successful acquisition of a contract from Central Railway.

JSW Infra to acquire 3 rail logistics arms for ₹1,212 crore The deal is for the 100% acquisition of JSW Rail Infra Logistics, JSW Minerals Rail Logistics, and JSW (South) Rail Logistics through a Share Purchase Agreement.

JSW Infrastructure announced that its subsidiary, JSW Port Logistics, will acquire three rail logistics companies from JSW Shipping & Logistic for an enterprise value of ₹1,212 crore.

JSW Infra to purchase 51% stake in Oman port project JSW Infra's subsidiary, JSW Overseas FZE, signed a share subscription and purchase agreement with Port SPV, a new entity formed by MDO.

JSW Infrastructure, India’s second-largest private commercial port operator, announced on November 17 that it has signed an agreement to acquire a 51% stake in a port development project in the Sultanate of Oman.

JSW Infra Q1 FY26 profit jumps 31% YoY JSW Infrastructure clocked operational revenue of ₹1,224 crore, up 21% from the same period last year, driven by a 5% rise in cargo volumes, which reached 29.4 million tonnes during the quarter.

JSW Infrastructure, India’s second-largest private port operator and part of the JSW Group, reported financial and operational performance for the first quarter of FY2026, with profit after tax (PAT) surging 31% year-on-year to ₹390 crore.
