Speaking of #Jaywick. Most houses here are single brick, timber frame EPC ~E with few ways to improve. You can't get mortgages on them. They were bought for pennies by landlords who rent them out at extortionate cost to tenants. In 2030, do 1000s of people get kicked out & their homes knocked down?
