war nicht #justsad, ich war am Ende. Die Hilflosigkeit gegenüber allem hat mich fertig gemacht. Die Entscheidung zum Veganismus hat mir Kontrolle über Teile meines Lebens zurück gegeben und das Gefühl, eben doch selbst irgendwas tun zu können.
Ich musste trotzdem in Therapie, Medikamente nehmen⬇️

#NotJustSad ist inzwischen bedeutungslos.

Ich lese das gefühlt in jeder 3. Bio und bin mir sicher, dass die meisten (nicht alle!) dieser Personen keine manifeste Depression oder andere psychische Erkrankung haben.

Und dann ist man eben doch eher #JustSad
